At SafetyGuardian, we want every customer to feel confident when purchasing our protective clothing.
We accept return requests within 30 days after the order is delivered. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.
Due to the nature of personal protective clothing, we cannot accept returns for items that have been used, tested, damaged, altered, washed, or exposed to unsafe conditions.

Once your return is approved and received, we will inspect the item and notify you whether the refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is caused by our mistake, such as receiving the wrong item or a defective product.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Non-returnable items include:
Used protective clothing
Washed or altered items
Items damaged by misuse
Items without original packaging
Custom or special-order items
